A. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Participants | Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to info@glorydots.com.
1 A. Refund Schedule | Cancellations made at least 15 days before the program start date: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the program start date: Non-refundable.
2. Transfer Requests | Participants unable to attend may request a transfer to a future program or substitute another attendee, subject to approval by Glory Dots.
3. Cancellation by Glory Dots | In the event of cancellation by Glory Dots due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive: A full refund of the paid fees. The option to enroll in a future program of equivalent value.
4. No-Show Policy | No refunds or credits will be provided for participants who fail to attend without prior notice.
B. Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment and Participation | By enrolling in any course, training program, or conference offered by Glory Dots, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Enrollment is considered complete only upon full payment of the registration fee. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful enrollment, and this will serve as proof of registration.

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they meet the requirements before enrolling. Participants must provide accurate information during registration. Glory Dots reserves the right to cancel registrations with incorrect or fraudulent information.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or commercial use of these materials is prohibited. Access to online resources or learning portals will be available for a limited period, as stated during enrollment.
4. Attendance and Certification | Participants must meet attendance requirements (as specified in the program details) to receive completion certificates. Certificates may take up to 30 days to be issued after the program concludes.
5. Liability and Disclaimer | Glory Dots is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during onsite events or programs. While every effort is made to ensure program accuracy and quality, Glory Dots reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, or faculty without prior notice.

D. Shipping and Exchange Policy
1. Shipping:
Physical materials (e.g., kits, manuals) will be shipped to the address provided during registration within 7–10 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping fees will vary based on location and will be communicated during checkout.
2. Damaged or Defective Items | If materials arrive damaged or defective, participants must report this within 7 days of receipt. Replacements will be provided at no additional cost.
3. Exchange Policy | Exchanges are only allowed for defective items, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
4. Digital Products | Digital materials (e.g., e-books, recorded webinars) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
